About Aussies Disability Services
Our services are led by your choice, needs and goals. We provide key disability services to individuals with significant and permanent disability who seek our support. We provide competitive disability support and attendant care for people of all ages and abilities to help them live as independently as possible.
Our disability support services range from a few hours of respite support through to overnight and 24-hour care. We work collaboratively with individual clients and their health team to assess and develop the best support options possible based on individual needs and requirements. For specific support preferences, we can offer flexible care and a range of culturally diverse services. Our support team is always available to discuss a client’s needs.
WE ARE RESPECTFUL AND SUPPORTIVE
We understand that not one care plan fits all people. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop a personalised care plan that meets your specific needs.

We have some vastly experienced heads at the helm of Aussies Disability Services.
Lucie Majaliwa, our Director, has well over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and a detailed knowledge of disability care. She provides our company with strategic goals to ensure our services are of the highest standard. Lucie works closely with a dedicated and passionate team of highly qualified support coordinators, case managers, health practitioners, support workers and registered nurses who are committed to putting the client first.
All our clients can feel confident that they’re being looked after by people who have all the skills needed to handle every task. We place great emphasis on training and experience, so we can employ the very best caring professionals in Australia.
