High Intense Daily Activities and Community Nursing Care

High Intensity and Community Nursing participants are where we specialise in. With the intensive care provided by staff who have been carefully selected and trained by a Registered Nurse to support those participants that require specific clinical care. Our primary focus is to ensure that their health and wellbeing are being focused on delivering not only our knowledge but also our care towards those that need it most. We have specific care plans created for each individual participant which are consistently reviewed to fit in line with the participant's changing needs and requirements.
